• Studio Booking: When you book studio time, that slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled at the last minute.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: All bookings require 100% advance payment to confirm and reserve your slot.
• Final Payment: Full payment is required before commencement of any service.
• No Partial Refunds: Even if you cancel before completion, no partial refunds will be issued.
• No Credits: Unused services cannot be converted to credits for future use.

4. Course & Training Programs

• No Refunds After Enrollment: Once enrolled and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• No Prorated Refunds: Even if you cannot complete the course, no prorated refunds will be provided.

3. Booking and Payment

• Advance Payment: 100% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
• Pricing: All prices are as quoted and are subject to change without notice.
• GST: All applicable taxes are additional to quoted prices.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Punctuality: Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals will not extend session time.

• Equipment: Studio equipment must be handled with care. Damage caused by negligence will be charged.

• Client Content: Clients retain all rights to their original content (lyrics, music, scripts, etc.).
• Studio Content: India Studios retains rights to any pre-existing materials, beats, or compositions provided by us.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• No Cancellations: Bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with minimum 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in forfeiture of the booking.
• Studio Closure: In case of emergency studio closure, we will reschedule your session at the earliest available slot.

7. Course and Training Terms

• Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Course Duration: Courses must be completed within the specified timeframe.
• Certification: Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of course requirements.
• Code of Conduct: Students must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students.
